I found a cute ice cream vintage car near Champs-Elysees!
We had a lunch at Monsieur Bleu, in Palais de Tokyo. The weather was hot to eat outside but Parisians were on terrace. Food was delicious and we could see Eiffel Tower from the terrace.
And slow motion video inspired by Bill viola. 😀
We had a lunch with Guilbe and Sara at Le Georges before seeing exhibitions at Centre Pompidou. Everything was delicious. Especially, very looooong croque monsieur was awesome. Never seen before! The weather was so nice to be at terrace. It’s a good place to have coffee when you visit Centre Pompidou.
It’s Le Quatorze Juillet, French National Day. We went to Saint-Honore again by Velib, public bicycle sharing system in Paris. Because we wanted go to & Other Stories, women clothes by H&M Group. It’s more expensive than H&M, but design and quality are better. And then we went to Maison Michel. I liked every hats there. So it was difficult to choose one. Suzy Menkes, Marc Jacob, Karl Lagerfeld, Anna Dello Russo, Tiffany Cooper, Alber Elbaz and Anna Wintour were on front row at Colette. This cute illustration is by Tiffany Cooper. Do you remember my post about Saint Honore? Spongebob was in the show window two days before. Colette changes show window once a week. So it’s fun to check every week. And we had a late lunch at Da Rosa.
OMG! A truck rushed into the supermarket, La Grande Epicerie de Paris. What a cute interior! You can find delicious desserts and many interesting groceries from worldwide. And there is a wine cave in basement. You can taste it also. I had a lunch and delicious dessert at La Table before shopping.
BONJOUR! After Haute Couture Fashion Week, it’s time to explore Paris. First of all, I went to my favorite district, Saint-Germain-des-Pres. I had time at my favorite bookstore, La Hune to get inspired. You can find many design, fashion, art, architecture and cute children’s book. It’s very attractive it’s opened until midnight during the weekdays. And I had an awesome hot chocolate with a friend at cafe Le Bonaparte. After a long chatting, we walked Saint-Germain-des-Pres. I found many art galleries and interesting paintings on the wall. We passed laundry, Midnight in Paris filming location. And we had a dinner at Polidor restaurant where Gil(Owen Wilson) met Ernest Hemingway.
The second day in Singapore… We had a brunch with cute baby at The White Rabbit on Dempsey Hill. High ceiling, old catholic cross and stained glass windows… this stunning restaurant is originally restored from old chapel. I felt classic atmosphere and modernity at same time. I recommend crepes suzette as a dessert. They will start to cook right in front of you. All pictures were taken by Billy.
I needed the helmet for my safety but I didn’t like bicycle helmets because all looked so ugly on me. I have been trying years to find a good one for me. Finally, I’ve got new helmet from Vespa! Actually, this helmet is for motorbike or horse-riding. But for my bicycle and me it was the answer, I can even use it as a bag. I’m so happy to find it! 😀
Anyway ride and small picnic on han river with my new helmet.
